Sally has been managing investment property in Victoria Street, Potts Point for many years now. Throughout that time Sally has overseen a complete renovation of the apartment, arranging for a new kitchen installation and bathroom upgrade as well as upgrading electrical fittings, carpet and internal paintwork. The building that this particular unit is situated in has a very strict Body Corporate and associated Executive Committee and Sally always ensures that arrangements between contractors and tradesmen and the building management, are always to everyone's satisfaction. I don't know how she does it, but I am thankful that she does-one less thing on my mind! The apartment was leased out at the first Open, while the outgoing tenants were still living there, and there was next to no vacancy factor.
Sally has a warm and likeable manner, I don’t think there’s a thing she doesn’t know about Property Management. Since 1992 she has been managing my property investments. Finding tenants for me, managing them professionally, ensuring that my properties are looked after and giving me good returns. She conducts regular rent reviews and regular inspections, she lets me know when maintenance is needed, reports to me honestly and is always available when I call.
Unfortunately, my mother needed to be moved into full time care and had to be relocated to a nursing home from her family home. She suggested that I talk to my mother’s insurer in relation to a claim for some property damage that I hadn’t even considered, potentially saving us thousands of dollars. When it came to lease out the home Sally was first class. Taking great advertising shots and then having them enhanced using virtual furniture to fill the void of the empty rooms, Sally wrote wonderful advertising copy and it all eventuated in securing excellent tenants at a top rent.
